In travel retail she had a position Senior Trainer Manager and HR for LaGardere group / Aelia Czech Republic operating in duty free shops in international airports and air cabins. She has started up and managed HR agenda and training after acquisition of the company - managing audit of employees, recruitment, talent management, design and management of training strategy (mid management and sales people), ISO 9001 - start to finish project incl. audits, social responsibility programme and international representation of HR and training.
