We provide services regarding labour law consultancy. We design and implement HR processes . We have experience with the implementation of HR processes of recruitment ( preselection / selection , assessment centres) , education ( competency model , employee assessment , identification of educational needs) and many others.

Accounting: Tax Optimisation

Every employer and the employee has the opportunity to take advantage of a variety of tax credits and deductible items so that they can reduce their tax obligations . In addition to tax optimisation , we also offer strategic tax planning and deferred tax liabilities.

Mgr. Daniel Zapletal

His career began as a guide for CK delegate agencies ČEDOK , Exim Tours , specialising in destinations in Greece and Egypt . Subsequently, he worked as an HR specialist at G4S Cash Service (CZ ) , where he was responsible for the implementation of HR processes mainly from the parent company in England.

He then worked as a personnel consultant at Mercedes - Benz Czech Republic , where he managed and set up HR processes (recruitment , training , evaluation , benefits ) , which were also applicable to the sister company Mercedes - Benz Financial Services. Subsequently, he instigated and managed recruitment division ( CVIA ) in Company Ottima a.s .

Education: University ( MA) University of Comenius ( specialising in andragogy = adult education ) .

Education strategy -year course focused on knowledge management, learning strategies , personal development , education and development for middle and line management . (Under the auspices of the Comenius University in cooperation with Neurolinguistics Programming Institute , in association with EVIDA and Co. B - Consult).

Additional skills: Based on his work and life experience he can effectively apply specific client needs with all the knowledge of Adult Education and Human Resources . He has extensive experience in multinational companies , in which he not only set up the HR processes , but also successfully managed them. He specialty is mainly in recruitment ( all positions from business traders to scientists ) and education.
