Mgr. Veronika Čechová

After graduation , she joined Future Recruitment s.r.o ("External " HR department of a large international company ) , where she worked as a HR assistant . Subsequently, she received an offer from Reed Specialist Recruitment ( the largest English privately owned staffing agency with more than 50-year history, which has just opened a branch in the Czech Republic ) , where she worked as a personnel consultant.

She was part of the Division of Finance & Banking , specialising in clients in finance (banks , insurance companies, financial departments of international corporations , Shared Service Centres ) and was declared the most successful team REED International in 2009. Veronika Čechová was personally awarded " Consultant with the highest turnover for 2009 in the Czech Republic” . 

On average she placed 4-8 positions per month. In 2010 , she joined . HILL International Ltd. ( Austrian recruitment company ) as a Senior Consultant. In this company she has gained additional skills in areas such as business, marketing , development and production, IT in various industries. Simultaneously whilst she was conducting recruiting, she was also involved in the processing of psychological profiles of individual candidates.

Education:   University ( MA) University of J. E. Purkyně in Ústí nad Labem ( Special Education = pedagogy ).

Additional skills:   Owing to her long-term experience in human resources in consulting companies, she can quickly identify suitable candidates on the market and has a very good judgement of the different sources and ways for her clients to find the ideal candidate. In addition, she  can offer the experience of directly sourcing out candidates (head -hunting ) . Her professional conduct and focus on client’s requirements is a matter of course.
